- Automated ETL pipelines that replaced manual reporting workflows, cutting cycle time by ~80% and shifting the role from data collection to analysis

- Led a multi-source investigation into a product performance trend, combining POS, order history, inventory, fulfillment, and marketplace data to model distribution cycles and isolate contributing factors, built as a reusable analytical framework, not a one-off report
- Mapped customer journeys across web, email, and purchase channels to identify behavioral patterns and segment customers by how they actually engage rather than how they were categorized historically
- Measured marketing and education program effectiveness through cohort analysis and cross-channel engagement scoring, establishing performance baselines where none existed before
